Managing User Permissions in Nexar Fleets

Written by Bea

Nexar Fleets offers granular control over team member access. You can maintain organization and ensure everyone has the necessary tools by assigning one of three specific access levels: Admin, Operator, or Viewer. These levels determine what each individual can see and do within your fleet.

Admin Guide

How to Add or Update a User Role

  1. Log in to the Nexar Fleets Dashboard

  2. Click More

  3. Select Manage Access

  4. Tap Add email.

  5. Enter the user’s email and click Save email

  6. Click the role dropdown

  7. Select the role you want

  8. Click Confirm

New users are added as Operators by default, but this can be changed anytime by an Admin. If users are assigned as Viewers, there is a need to select what vehicles can be viewed by those users.

  1. Tap Assign Vehicles

  2. Select a vehicle or multiple vehicles.

  3. Tap Saves changes
